It has been several years now since we started to breed Labradors. We are proud of our champions and the outstanding dogs that still are showing and carrying on the Windswept Hill name. Our "sons and daughters and grandchildren" continue to honor us in the show ring and in the whelping box. We have attempted to incorporate the finest lines of the breed: Ridge View, Dickendall, Belquest, iiiPines. Paradocs, and others. We have been mentored by some of the giants of the breed. Donna Reece, Carol Heidl, Diane Gharst, Sally Schwegmann, Vicky Creamer and many others too numerous to name but we thank you all.
We are a small kennel but our percentage of fine dogs and happy owners has paid off. We have strived to breed beauty, soundness and show quality puppies. We have done that and are very proud of the results. The testimonies of the owners, show results, and just the love of the pets that we receive are ample rewards.
In recognition of our outstanding breeding program we have been awarded the Breeder of Merit by the AMERICAN KENNEL CLUB!.
We show in both the American Kennel Club and the United Kennel Club and believe that any and all titles on our dogs are worthy of being earned and reported. Our Labradors can be seen internationally with homes in Sweden, Thialand and Canada (2 Canadian Champions to date).
